Specially shaped aeration tines penetrate the soil and create fine fractures as they exit, helping to break up the surface pan and improve the movement of air, water, and nutrients into the root zone. This process significantly enhances drainage, promotes stronger root development, and contributes to a healthier, more resilient sward. The unit features nine heavy-duty aeration discs, mounted on a durable 50mm stainless steel axle with bearings, which bolt securely to the D System Mounted Carrier Frame (Ref: DMF). Under suitable conditions, the tines can achieve penetration depths of up to 180mm (7"), making this attachment ideal for high-performance turf care on sports fields, paddocks, racecourses, and amenity grounds.
