Case IH recently announced its most compact telescopic loader to date, the Farmlift 626. It has a reduced turning radius for enhanced manoeuvrability, a lower overall height, and an increased lift height to enable it to work just about anywhere.

About The Case IH Farmlift 626

The compact size and low overall height of the Farmlift 626 allow entry through low doorways into buildings and tight spaces, making it suitable for a variety of farming and livestock jobs. The telescopic loader is powered by a 74-horsepower (54-kilowatt) 4-cylinder engine with a single-range 30-km/h hydrostatic transmission. The mechanical electro-proportional hydraulic system has a gear pump that delivers 80 litres (21 gallons) per minute of oil flow at 210 bar (3,045 psi) pressure.

The telehandler’s maximum lift capacity is 2,600 kilograms (5,732 pounds). The Farmlift 626 has a maximum lift height of 5.9 metres (19.3 feet), a 22-centimetre (8.66-inch) improvement over its predecessor. The 155-degree headstock rotation enables quicker unloading.

    Small But Mighty

At just over 4 m (13 ft) long, the Farmlift 626 is shorter than its predecessor, but it has a slightly larger wheelbase at 2.525 m (8.28 ft) for stability while hauling heavy loads. The turn radius has been reduced to 3.25 m (10.7 ft), improving manoeuvrability inside buildings and other places where space is restricted. The machine’s lower overall height of 1.93 m (6.33 ft) and overall width of 1.89 m (6.2 ft) also make it good for indoor work.

The 960-millimetre (37.8-in.)-wide cab is wider than the previous model for improved operator comfort.

    Optional Features

The specification can include TMR homologation to simplify road registration if required. With TMR approval, the telehandler can be fitted with a trailer hitch and hydraulic or pneumatic trailer braking at the factory. Carbon filters for the cab ventilation system are available to protect operators in dusty conditions. Telematics via the Case IH FieldOps app can be added to access automated monitoring and operation and performance data recordings.
